Does India have "The Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act" in its constitution like Singapore?

This would atleast help to prevent some of the communal riots and killings happening on the basis of religion between Hindus and Muslims. In Singapore, there are Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Jews all living peacefully mainly because the government there has made sure that no religious group is getting out of line lawfully. I wish the Indian politicians would do more to ensure some sort of harmony between the different religious groups in India.
