Does it ever occur to the U.S. Senators most people cannot afford their kind of healthcare?

Capitalism isn't really about serving the public needs. It's about creating profits for capitalists. They don't care whether working cl people can afford health care or not. They care about whether or not the health care industry is profitable for executives and shareholders.
