Does anyone know if enlargement creams and pills acutally work? cause i dont wanna blow 40 quid on...?

Them to find they dont work, or i dont want them to screw me up yano what i mean?. but i dont wanna have surgery either cause i dont wanna go through that pain lol. Opinions and facts?? xx
