Did i eat too little today? about how many cals was that?

Go to livestrong.com, and click on "my plate". You can type in what you ate and how much, and it will tell you the nutrition information, and the calorie count. You can also put down how much you weigh, and how much weight per week you would like to lose and it will tell you how many calories you should have per day.
