Teen weight loss? PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ.?

Omg! I have the exact situation only instead of having an injured leg i have asthma and my dad has left. I bought healthy things like carrots, oranges, strawberry's, blueberries, apples, and celery to eat any time i feel hungry during the daytime. I know that strawberries and blueberries can be expensive or bad if they are not in season so I also buy frozen blueberries to snack on. I have the Wii fit which i do the free run for 30 min and the rhythm boxing for 10 min 5 days per week. I try to watch my calorie intake every day too. The body expects between 1000 and 1400 calories every day and the rest is stored as fat. 2000 calories per day is a good target. You CAN eat some of the things that you love like a few chips sparingly, as long as you don't binge on them. Try to keep yourself motivated while exercising by listening to some upbeat music on the computer or on an ipod. Don't worry, it's not as bad as it seems. Whenever you feel down just try to pick yourself up and carry on. Best of luck to you girl!
