How can I open my own Branch?

I really would like to open up my own U.S branch. I'm damn sure not giving away any bonuses. I need a status such as the USMC, intelligence like the Air Force. LOL.. this equals the Army... : )Honestly I think I could become extremely rich. Americans are gullible and will sign their life away for an expression. I would create a facade like the USMC to get recruits to accept any job requirement i choose to give them and their discipline to follow orders. I would recruit Army for there leadership and strength, Air Force for their Intelligence and professionalism. Does this have billionaire written all over it?
