Anyone make their own 'adult' movie with their spouse?

My wife and I have started videotaping our 'time' together. At first we would just take photos of her 'flashing', then of actual intimate acts (a real nice camera with a tripod and a wireless remote made it a lot easier). After a while we moved on to using a video camera. Sometimes just of her face reacting to the 'good time'; other times again on a tripod, and other times with us taking turns holding the camera. Now she wants to to a 'delivery man comes to the door with more than a package' type video, with a VERY rough-me-up forced type fantasy session, while tied up. I have a delivery uniform and everything. My question is twofold. First, are there any others out there who do this sort of thing, and second, any suggestions on how to do a good job of it that would translate well to video. Thanks!
