Am told there is a trout stream flowing right through Reno, NV. Is this true?

Lol i'm from San Francisco and i actually fished the truckee in Reno. You see hella people tossing everything they got, and the fish are like right in your faces! very visible but they simply ignore 99% of what you toss.
