Why am i bleeding during ?

the last two times i had , i bled. the first time my partner was really rough. i bled a good amount so it couldnt have been spotting which i thought about because i had just started birth control pills again after about 2 months of being off of it. the second time was last night, about a month later. the guy wasnt what i would consider too big for me or anything, or abnormally rough. im not a virgin so its not my hymen breaking. the weird thing is, and sorry if this is TMI, but when i use my vibrator, i dont bleed at all. has this happened to anyone else? is it going to go away or should i be worried? thanks!
