Under What cirstances will gas "Return From the Engine"?

yea it need a vapor line, fuel send, and return for sure. It is good to have all the wires hooked up like it was suppose to be. So like you said the gauge works. Im not sure what to tell you other then to get it as close to OEM as you can.
